Use of our site
Our site is made available free of charge but any services ordered by you will be subject to a fee and subject to our Terms and Conditions for Services.
The tax rules and financial allowances referred to within our site, and used as the basis for calculations within our paid-for services, are those as laid down by the law in the UK as of the date quoted. If you choose to access our site from outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and we cannot provide any assurance that the requirements of your local legislation will be met.
To use the Site you will require internet connectivity and appropriate telecommunication links. We shall not be liable for any telephone or other costs that you may incur. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site.
We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

To register your details with us for free or paid for services, you must be over the age of eighteen. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. If you do not inform us immediately of any changes to your, or any other persons, information that you have given us, we will not be liable for any impact of these changes on the services we have previously supplied.
You can cancel this agreement and any registration you have with our Site at any time by informing us in writing and we will, where applicable, delete your registration details. If you make such a request, you must stop using our site forthwith. The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use our site shall not affect either party's rights or liabilities, including liabilities incurred through provision of our services up until the date of cancellation.
When you register to use our site you may be asked to create a password, or we may create a password for you. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone – including our employees. We will never ask you for your password. You will be responsible for all activities that occur or are submitted under your password.
